Can I change my plan?
Can I change my plan month-to month?
No. You won’t be able to switch back and forth between plans, but you can buy data blocks whenever you need to.
Can I buy data blocks?
Yes. 10 GB or 25 GB data blocks are available anytime you need to boost your data.
Is the customer support team still going to be local?
Our awesome support team isn’t going anywhere! If you contact our support team, online or over the phone, you’ll likely talk to the same person or people you’ve spoke to in the past. Only now, our team is back up by more Australian teams, in Victoria, NSW, SA and WA, making sure you have the help you need when you need it.

You’ll be invoiced at the beginning of the month, however, there are no changes to your charges or to how you pay your bill … unless you want to make changes.
