On 1 July 2021, Speedweb officially became a Swoop company. We’ve started merging our Gippy internet companies together. As part of this process, we’re getting fresh new look and updating our plans.
You’ll notice a fresh ‘new look’ website and updates to our invoices and Facebook page.
We’ve updated our customer plans too. If you don’t want to take advantage of the new offers, your plan will be ‘grandfathered’ over at your current rate. We’ll keep providing the same great service from our Morwell office.
You’ll be billed at the beginning of the month at the same monthly rate. However, you won’t be able to switch back and forth between plans, but you can buy data blocks whenever you need to.

Swoop is a local internet service provider based in Warragul, Victoria. We are proudly 100% Australian owned and operated.

Can I change my plan month-to month
No. You won’t be able to switch back and forth between plans, but you can buy data blocks whenever you need to.
Can I buy data blocks?
Yes. 10 GB or 25 GB data blocks are available anytime you need to boost your data.
Is the customer support team still going to be local?
Our awesome Morwell support team isn’t going anywhere! If you contact our support team, online or over the phone, you’ll likely talk to the same person or people you’ve spoke to in the past. Only now, our team is back up by more Australian teams, in Victoria, NSW, SA and WA, making sure you have the help you need when you need it.
What do you need to do?
You don’t need to change or do anything if you don’t want to – we’ll take care of everything.
